NOTE ABOUT COURSE: Please note the 5K course route changes from being on residential streets to a trail when runners approach the cul-de-sac on Nutwood Way. The course narrows to a single sidewalk with three descending stairs as runners enter the trail behind Frost Middle School. A Course Marshal will be at this location to alert runners to this change in terrain.

About Max
